1. Where are we based?

2. Do you ship internationally?

Not as yet. We currently supply to South Africa. However, you can contact us on info@pinkpiranha.co.za for additional information

3. How long does delivery take?

We will ship within 24 hours from your order being confirmed and payment cleared. It will take 1 or 2 days to reach you. Please make sure your address and contact
details is 100% correct.

4. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number from us.

5. Do you take out insurance on my delivery?

No, we do not supply insurance on your behalf.

6. How secure is your personal information?

We have to adhere to the POPI act and will do everything we can to keep your information safe.

7. Can I amend my order?

Yes you can. It has to happen within 24 hours from your first order, otherwise the original order will have been shipped already.

8. If I have entered an incorrect address?

Please email us asap with the correction of the address so that we can send it to the correct address. This will have to be within 24 hours from purchase.

9. What if my parcel is delayed?

In rare occasions, parcels might get delayed, we please ask for your understanding and patience, should this happen.

10. Can I return my order?

On earrings we unfortunately do not have a returns policy. On other items we have a 30 day returns policy. Item must be in an
undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. Please email us on info@pinkpiranha.co.za for any returns.

11. My item arrived damaged

We do ship every item with extra
padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, email us at info@pinkpiranha.co.za
and provide:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge or give a refund.

12. How is the jewelry packaged?

Jewelry comes in a special gift box
with protected padding. All items will be inspected and packaged with great care so minimise damage.
